The amount is likely <$100K thus making it unfeasible to distribute to the holders of Prefs $7.5B debt and the 1.2B released Common shares. That would be a distribution nightmare since most Preferred holders would receive less than $100 and Commons <$20. It wouldn't be worth the postage costs in many cases......
