THE TRUTH ABOUT ARYC'S EVICTION CASES.

<< They are able to pay $28,000/month rent. The money is flowing in to the company >>

That is another fabricated story.

ARYC was sued by the landlord (Dollinger Oakmead Associates) for eviction in July 2018. The landlord subsequently won the case a few weeks later. This can be easily seen from the court docs that are public.

Awarded To: DOLLINGER OAKMEAD ASSOCIATES
Entitled to Possession of Premises at: 927 Thompson Place Sunnyvale, CA 94085;
Awarded Against: ARRAYIT CORPORATION;

Party: Names: DOLLINGER OAKMEAD ASSOCIATES; ARRAYIT CORPORATION

Landlords don't normally sue their tenants for eviction if they pay the rent on a timely basis.

But for some reason, ARYC is still in the premises. Probably Mark (the President of ARYC) gave them some money and told them some BS about how he has changed his ways. LOL.

Only a month later (in August 2018), the landlord took ARYC to court and sued them for eviction (again). That court case is still pending. In CA, they protect tenants in eviction cases, and so the seal the court docs. So you can't find out what is going on with that case at this time.

Why would the landlord sue them for eviction 2x if they were such wonderful tenants paying the rent in a timely fashion???
