Not unusual for these guys. They absolutely never pump the stock. They rely on under committing and over performing. It sucks in the quiet times but generally their results speak for themselves and the SP with this share structure responds. Just have to wait 3 months, I can understand if not your cup of tea or your a short term traders just sharing what I know.
