I'm in no way cheer leading this stock. A true cheer leader probably wouldnt try to correct bullish mis-statements?
VSTR has big question marks as to its valuation, future, structure,
interweaving of businesses, etc.
Youve also brought up some interesting concerns regarding this stock,
some of which are as of yet unaddressed.
.. it is without question a very high risk investment / gamble.
One of my favorite stocks is Garmin. I like the company and love their products. I also sell it when it spikes, and repurchase on dips.
Would that make me inconsistent / contradictory regarding Garmin also?
Detachment is key, I usually put in a sell limit order when I buy any stock. If it moves up to my target it sells.
.. and I often buy and sell in tiers, holding a core position while buying dips and selling spikes. I dont view that as contradictory.
... but if selling at a profit is contradictory, I hope to keep doing it.
