It depends on your horizon. If your a short term trader, it's not good.

Long term, if the CEO came from $TGT where all of their stuff is available on Amazon as well. Personally I don't buy at $TGT anymore because their prices are too high, compared to $WMT for basic stuff.
(Although $TGT's toy section is superior, but $BBBY doesn't sell toys)

In the old days, the trick is to get exclusive SKU's from the same vendor so consumers can't compare, apples to apples.

I don't know if $BBBY has a membership plan, that would be something to try. $RH , $COST, $AMAZON (prime) have done well.
