When was the last time the DRAM business was $20 B? and you don't believe in paying taxes? And why payin 20 PE if the majority of the income is from DRAM which is not growing, once they get the royalties, the lack of futrer major growth (at least not immediate growth) is going to become evident. The $30 is not a valuation measure, just the place where a lot of stock supply is present, if $33 is taken, sure the bu$$ can become extremely rambunctious again.
