As for the shorts...ha ha ha...so far they have gotten killed on this one....just waiting for the next $2-3 pop to take us up around $8.50.

As for Walmart, they are a low end retail operation and so ZVUE is with them as their products are low end too. I do not know why they seem to be with Walmart alone, may be exclusivity, but more likely is they as a new company and will have all they can handle just trying to keep WM in inventory this holiday season.

The mini-YouTube angle is the one that really intrigues me the most and if they PR some advertizing $$$$ numbers from those sites....KABOOM!!!
