I wouldn't make fun of all of the people that lost a lot of money because of the dilution. How did the dilution or Kate spending the $119,000 on her personal expenses help the shareholders? The answer is it didn't help the shareholders.

How much money did GPL Ventures make for the $119k they paid? They made a lot more than $119k.

It's really sad that all those people lost so much money. GPL Ventures shouldn't have been able to profit at the shareholders' misfortune.
