SMH, TRON issued shares to Biofinn Corporation on July 8, 2019, they say so in their always late disclosures:
”Disclosure under this item shall include, in chronological order, all offerings and issuances of securities, including debt convertible into equity securities, whether private or public, and all shares or any other securities or options to acquire such securities issued for services.”
FYI, Biofinn was Not incorporated until August 26, 2019.
Match up the 2 dates, it’s easy to see - plus I’ve shared screenshots from OTCMarkets and the Florida SOS as well. The dates have an arrow pointing to them.
