Again - I thought that beyond the lone dissenters in two 3 judge circuit reviews some court flat out said the FHFA has exceeded authority (and it is not Sweeney) and by so exceeding authority the court is not castrated by 4617 as that applies to foreseen and intended issues and the NWS goes way beyond that ?
