I acknowledged no such thing. The Fifth Circuit en banc panel's ruling changed FHFA's leadership structure while imposing no financial consequences on FHFA whatsoever. If the Supreme Court upholds the ruling, or doesn't take the case, then your statement here would be false. It certainly cannot be called true right now.
