So the O/S in the 8k is irrelevant but the A/S in the 8k is relevant? Maybe the A/S is 29B now, maybe they lowered the A/S to 1B. Point being you can’t pick and choose to fit your narrative. You are bearish here, think it’s a scam and that’s totally fine. You have no more idea then the next guy what the actual O/S, A/S or float is though.
