I wish I had that much time to break down every line. I’m sorry.
All I can offer is the two major debated points; current O/S, and changes to authorized shares.

The statement in 9.a basically says that ELTZ doesn’t have shares except what is listed in i.ii.iii below.

ELTZ is affirming that the 899,530,798 common shares HAVE NOT CHANGED since the SEC filling on February 20, 2018.

THEY ARE SAYING; THIS IS THE TOTAL SHARES WE HAVE AS OF DECEMBER 18, 2019 and NOTHING HAS CHANGED SINCE FEBRUARY 20, 2018.

9.b.
ELTZ can change the authorized but “shall not change the rights and privileges of any class of shares.
My right to vote with 2% cannot and SHALL NOT be diluted because it changes my right.
I bought the RIGHT to vote with 2% of the outstanding stated in the 8k as a MATERIAL FACT.
