Just be aware, a PR could just be the signal that more dumping is coming, ESPECIALLY if it's before the R/S.
They may need to get rid of some more shares before the R/S takes place. And IMO, that is exactly what they are going to be doing.

BUT THAT'S ONLY MY OPINION!

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
