nyjfan, I am not assuming that they will use all 25 billion shares. What I am assuming is that the "Street" is painfully aware of our A/S and O/S and are staying away as would be expected. I am pleasantly surprised that the latest addition to our O/S was rather small all things considering. JF, I salute you for showing some restraint in adding more shares.
