Well tbf, you can't have coercion when you're essentially self-dealing. FHFA was in charge at that point and basically gave everything to Treasury.
At this point your argument is with Sweeney, not me. She is the one that found that there was no coercion when it came to the NWS amendment.
Please read through her entire opinion. It is illuminating, and more importantly, it sets precedent that can be cited by other cases.
