Yes, at this time we own a majority of Cogosense.

Most detractors here were shareholders in Steve's last venture, and are venting.

ONCI is a different story.

No one owns what we possess.

There are those that can monitor driving habits, and supposedly a company that addresses distracted driving, but NOT ONE can offer both, simultaneously.

A third party has verified we meet all insurance company requirements/standards.

We are ripe to sign a major contract, or perhaps a buyout.

Our current market cap is way, way low compared to our sales and cash on hand.
