The Expert Market is a private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading. Bottom Line: They are Grey, but trade better than 'regular' Grey's. With the stocks I have traded that went to the Expert Market it was easier to buy and sell is my experience...
