I'd start with patent control. At least to start with. FWIW that has its term. But imo looking forward that may even be strained a bit. The chances of getting further FDA protection are also now limited. Getting a company to carry through a successful P3, now, that's where the money is isn't it?
Has the science been tested enough already? Obviously not. We wouldn't be here where we are. But, is the potential there?
