It's incredibly comically that a 1-3000 reverse split occurs on an empty SHELL and it's not concerning. Show us a filing or even a Super 8K showing multiple MILLIONS of AMERICAN DOLLARS being moved into this EMPTY SHELL.

Nothing of the sorts exists! Again and for the last time, retail investors are going to get wiped out!

BTW, private companies go public most of the time, not to raise revenue, but to shoulder the debt of the insiders to general public!

We check back in late February to see how well received this 1-3000 R/S was!
