I let the other board know about UCIX because now UmbraCompanies.com is officially live and it is officially confirmed that UCIX is Alex Umbra and UATG.

Expecting official announcement and details of what exactly is going on here and what it means for shareholders any time now.

Details and terms of merger, acquisition, investment, everything. What will happen to UATG shareholders, how many shares will we have in the new vehicle UCIX, what is the strategy, etc.

I would also like to see some actual transparency moving forward if this is actually done in a way that preserves shareholders. If this move preserves shareholders' % ownership of Umbra Applied Technologies then I will consider keeping my 17,500,000 (1.8% ownership) shares for the long haul, but I'll need to see some more transparency on the technology and business plan through things like product videos and white papers, investor conferences/quarterly earning calls and shareholders+BoD meets, etc. No more private shareholder calls and no more photoshop on social media.

If this company wants to go pro I am great with that and supporting this company by almost 2% for the long term but they have to actually go pro and preserve shareholder ownership of UATG/UCIX and do this right.
