BioAmber had to produce the corn sludge to meet their end. They had to find capital to build the additional plants that Vinmar was to buy from, Vinmar only promised to front them 10% of the cost to build them. BioAmber lost that opportunity when their stock tanked and got them delisted, no way to raise that kind of capital on the OTC and no way any other creditor was going to loan them that sort of money.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
