I believe $FLES will surprise many with a strong bounce. There's a strong possibility that this RS maybe denied by FINRA. I wouldn't be surprised by it, due to the fact of so many pennyStock companies abusing the practice.
If denied they would be forced to come up with more viable options to help bring value to the company. Grow the business and have it pay off the loans with income instead of investors funds. Make them pay us back. They have stolen enough from investors. Great chance the RS is denied. That would be good for investors.
