You will note that the takeover of Simons own company Worldwide Staffing back in 2018 was subject to him providing audited financials of that company. To date NADA.
Simon Yu is a liar and cheat and he has been issuing false information about NUGS from the get go.
The financials issued by this company are PURE GARBAGE and only good as outhouse wallpaper.
