Because the financial documents of NUGS are phony thats why. Now SGMD has had to defend itself to the OTC about stock promotions for the exact same reasons NUGS did back in early November from exactly the same promoters.
NUGS was already over 2 dollars within the last year and NUGS was over 5 dollars in the summer of 2018. Its been down hill ever since.
