ARYC has made all sorts of claims and lies over the years. At this point, I wouldn't believe anything that comes out of their mouths.

Weren't they claiming that they were going to produce financials in the first quarter of this year (and for years before that)? What happened to all of that?

The bottom line is:

- Kinnerk was an exclusive, full-time employee for ARYC
- Kinnerk was Vice President of Operations and in charge of the Food Safety Test
- ARYC intentionally withheld his salary
- Kinnerk sued ARYC and won judgement against them

These are all facts that were proven in the case.

All of the other allegations are just that - allegations.
