President Trump and former President Barack Obama are tied for the most admired man of 2019, according to a Gallup poll of U.S. residents released on Monday
The survey recorded a sharp bipartisan split, with 41% of adult Democrats voting for Obama and 45% selecting Trump.
Trump has seen a rise in popularity in the past few years, with 18% of U.S. residents selecting him as most admired, up from 13% in 2018 and 14% in 2017.
