1/2_a_trading_day til we have a "Failure to Deliver" after today.

Since there is still no letter from the lawyer to get filing disclosed on OTC to get started to getting current, it sure seems Failure to Deliver is eminent. Apparently not closing out 4th quarter as Ed said.

In response to a DM I just received .

Step 1) Get current with the Nevada State filings

Step 2) Upload Fins to get PINK status

Step 3) Put out Corp Update on latest developments and Project updates.

Step 4) Will announce from LA...

$SEGI.

Step one is the only one that gets a check mark to date.
