Indeed, but if we are close to said milestones then there be much lower chance of successive dilution. Which is the point of the analysis as to why only raise enough for 1 additional quarter over what they already have in the bank.

Ps: I still doubt a sale is in the cards for at least the first 3 years post MK approval.
