There is nothing wrong with questioning any delays at this point after BK closure. The board needs to make sure that there is no action that is required to go after the remote bankruptcy assets. Can someone produce a document stating that these assets will return to us automatically? What if we need to file something in the "Lost and Found"? The hedgies wont tell us that... so we retail need to make sure there is no other action needed other than wait on our asses...I'm not talking about lawsuits. I'm talking about clerical paperwork that maybe we need to take action on right now.. Do we need to?
