Amateur12, Mako/Rosen lied about us, and the Court determined that they were lying and dismissed the suit with prejudice. I am not saying the whole downward motion was their fault, but they hurt a lot, especially when we should have been diluting, but did not. Nothing they said was true then or now. Too many posters say this "now it's true," no it is not, now or then. That does not mean many here, I included, don't think Leo and company made some bad decision, they did. We may disagree on which ones.
