The only thing coming is the voiding of the Company's charter by Delaware and the cancelation of the equity (common shares).

So yes, in a way, that IS a good thing. As it should end the crazy made-up fantasies of the Twitter and Facebook crowd of shareholders "getting paid" once and for all.
