No law has been broken. That is the point.

The US Bankruptcy Code is very clear. There is not now, nor has their ever been, ANY chance of the common shares of BIOAQ having value of any kind. Anyone who bought BIOAQ shares thinking otherwise either ignored, or did not understand, the LAW.
