Clearly, that is EXACTLY what is being said.

The shareholders stuck with worthless shares are now pointing the finger at PwC for their loss.

It doesn't matter who shareholders decide to blame next. Their money is GONE. And the only person they have to blame for it is themselves for ignoring (or not understanding) how bankruptcy, and the law, works.

The 100% loss in the stock was not only inevitable, it was obvious. And PwC had nothing to do with it.
