Not sure what cesting is . But the judges words are very clear what outweighed any harm done to parties of interest. At least that is how I read it . Now if that court order is considered a lie . Dont really know what to tell you .
Perhaps you can post something different from that order . Will be waiting for the spinning.

Canadian Sales Order is fair and reasonable and is the highest or otherwise best offer for the
Assets, as determined by the Foreign Representative.
The transfer of the Assets to the Purchaser will be, as of the closing of the Sale, a
legal, valid, and effective transfer of the Assets, which transfer vests or will vest the Purchaser
with all right, title, and interest in the Assets.
