Very interesting stuff;
1) When Velocity International (VCYI) switched to Deep Blue Inc (DPBL) they authorized 500,000,000 shares and had about 215,500,000 outstanding.
2) Then in Sept '06 they added about 2 million to 217,449,446 outstanding.
3) Now they are at 172 million outstanding. A 21% reduction in outstanding shares? This is really coming from left field, if anything I would figured they would be definitely diluting by using shares to get things done instead of cash. (they gave stockmarketnewsalert.com 400,000 shares for the press releases in November) especially now that they are trying to get funding and need to drum up interest
Maybe something is definitely going on at DPBL that might come to fruition
Also it sounds like Michael Young's voice mail is not full anymore is that true? I hope he calls some of us back.....
