Given the ludicrous, false claims that MMEX-scam ‘has selected financing’, the cost estimate overruns, MMEX-scam’s complete, total, utter failure even to obtain a single cent of financing even for the rudimentary Phase I project, anyone who promotes MMEX-scam is part of the problem.

The down-turn in the Permian is already underway - there’s no way a B.S. project, promoted by a skeevie, full-diaper dotard like Mad J., could ever attract legit financing.
