Apparently you didn't read or understand your own document since what was stated is the UW's filed their claims due to being sued for underwriting WMI issued "Equity Securities". Your error is simply due to the fact that your assumption is that those Equity Securities referenced does not refer to WMI's Series R Preferred stock. It is a known fact that the UW's did indeed underwrite WMI's Series R, WAMPQ, offering in 2006/2007 and were sued due to their failure arising out of the seizure. You couldn't be more wrong on this issue!

As for my reliance of previous POR's, again apparently you did not read both quotes. In POR6 the UW's were in Class 20, along with WAMPQ and WAMKQ. As was clearly stated, when POR7 was finalized, all previous members of Class 20 were transferred into Class 19, that included the UW's.

I repeat...………see text highlighted in RED. They are referring to POR7, read carefully and understand!!!!

Quote: "Thereafter, the Debtors filed their Seventh Amended Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 9178] (as amended, the “Plan”). Claims and interests that had been classified in Class 20 of the Sixth Amended Plan were re-classified into Class 19 of the Plan, and therefore the Underwriters’ Class 20 Claims were converted to Class 19 Claims (the “Class 19 Claims”)."
