Boris, I've always wondered why the hedgies were silent as well. Could it be that the Trustee, acting in his capacity, lent whatever "cash" became available to the hedgies at very favorable terms? If so, they could be using their money, and ours, all along and that could be why they never pushed this towards closure.

Anything is possible, and I really don't trust the Trustee.
