I believe they know what's going on. The issue is the illegal Notes given by old ETEK. There has been some shady stuff done in the past and now Emergent is diligently trying to clean the mess, before Custodian granted. The rumor is the merging company coming in is big, and they want to make sure this is a clean share structure. And shell.
