Holders of Class 19 preferreds WERE part of the original 75/25 distribution BASED on THEIR HOLDINGs at the time.

They would not have received any shares OR MARKERS in their acct had they NOT RELEASED correct.

Wouldn't this be sufficient as PROOF one released???????? TIA
