Why would many Peregrine Pharmaceuticals with IP asset knowledge of biomarkers etc have very close ties to US Medical Institutions that are also being paid by some foreign or outside based groups ...that very possibly; always required PS Targeting and when the evidence is grouped together, with NDAs = Non Dosclosure Agreements signed ....to agreements to stop certain PS Targeting research to MANY involved simply paid off .....even right on down the line to pay off a hedge fund that would shift the IP assets away from Peregrine and over to Oncologie Inc where it has basically been stalled ....

All this means is that cancer patients, cancer support groups should be pissed off that some very well known individuals could be hijacked, paid off in ways by patents being bought to being given nice new promotions etc etc and again, how should Avid Bioservices CDMO shareholders accept all these facts?

You telling me that Peregrine was sabotaged and their #1 goal to bring in TOP medical personnel that seen the innate and adaptive immunity results of PS Targeting...( like Dmitry Gabrilovich or Scott Antonia or Hakan Mellstedt or David Carbone etc ) all just so happened to not talk about the most significant, curing results of PS Targeting to many a cancer patient?

Non Disclosure Agreements should not stand in the way of the truth and maybe once Avid CDMO shareholders voice their opinion that the 15% royalties / milestones etc on net sales and all manufacturing will totally make CDMO into a top ten CDMO ...$500+ pps will be easily reached

Voice those complaints to the FDA for not coming forward with the results of those Bavituximab patients on Sunrise phase III trial that ALLOWED Merck Keytruda to shine and no follow up on prior sabotaged like in Fargo ND CSM where Jeanette Bleecker swapped Bavituximab trial arm drugs where Bavi+ Docetaxel would have been SOC in 2013

Voice those complaints to SEC for manipulating of stock prices ....Ronin Capital knows well how it is done

Voice those complaints to the FBI that have started investigations to over 60 US Medical Institutions that have had paid researchers accept foreign $$$ to steal PS Targeting IP asset knowledge and how many hundreds of emails were monitored ?

Voice those complaints to the DOJ for the FAILURE or possibly, all other Federal Authorities that are possibly given the no-go ahead on Shedding light on all of it ....

Voice those complaints to the BOD at Avid Bioservices that have failed to even mention PS Targeting IP assets that Oncologie Inc should have been advancing ....and maybe, MAYBE we get a new CEO at Avid that will Trump all our expectations, especially those that just think we sit as investors on "just a pure play CDMO"

Maybe my $500 pps, for starters is off....I mean "A Thousand Talents" is not called 500 talents ....I should say $1,000 ...for starters ...ONCE we move from the so called pure play CDMO to much more ...that even a thousand talent voices can't buy.
