So, you make the claim "well documented scamming CEO"

I have explained in detailed posts the two FINRA violations against the CEO over a decade ago. This is what you are referring to, however it's extremely misleading and exaggerated.

Are there any other FINRA, SEC or criminal convictions that you are referencing? If so, nobody is aware of them so now is a good opportunity to share with the board.
