The Company has finalized and executed a definitive agreement with Symtomax, a leading licensed cannabis cultivation company with the largest outdoor grow facilities in Europe. Symtomax has a number of agreements in place with European government health ministries to manufacture and distribute cannabidiol products through their health systems. Pending finalization of regulatory approvals, we expect this to start yielding revenue in the form of royalty payments for Greater Cannabis in year one of commercialization based on current timing projections. Further opportunities in Africa are being explored in parallel.
