The truth is that LFL has no obligation to their current common holders and could easily sell off 1.3B shares and profit about 1.5M if the liquidity sustained. I am keeping a close eye on OTC Markets for the OS>

I dont mind minor dilution even up to 200 or 300 however pushing over 4, I am out. My guess is that this is following the same trend from the sept 8K announcement.

If the OS stays the same and we hit .004 fucking BINGO!!!! most kids here dont get it.
