Hi North ..Do you have access to the ICER report . Poster AVII has linked it on the Amarin board .
Provider is simply referred to as healthcare provider ...with a yearly cost to them for Vascepa at around $1600.

You have a fantastic deal for Vascepa ...but from memory Type 1 diabetic , age etc ..they probably see you as high risk and want to do everything they can to keep you out of the ER ...so they are saving money really by charging you such a low co pay .
