Should you not be asking GTC that question? They are, afterall, the ones who have been open to all financing offers, even going so far as handing out 8.1 mil in warrants and diluting the stock 2 fold last year alone because they questioned future financing. Their words not mine.

How, exactly, is 19.9% a majority?

I do not know of another holder with such a voting influence. Do you?

How, exactly, is one board vote in ten control?

It is not neccesarily the board vote, although I am sure LFB will be influential there too, but LFB, as the largest holder of common shares has the potential to steer GTC as they see fit so to support their own programs.

How, exactly, is getting the first transgenic approval anywhere in the world a failure?

Said one and a half years after the fact. Exactly how long have you held this stock and been aware of the imminent approval of Atryn? 2005? early 2006? Please, humor me.
