Anybody that got duped into buying this stock today is going to be PO'd tomorrow when they figure out what actually happened.

They've sold off all the assets, leaving nothing behind that will generate revenue for them, unless you count the interest payments on the promissory note and any ownership dividends they might get from the 7.5% stake in the new company.
