Gotta love the advise telling me that Toxic runs this company...

If I listened to that, my wife would leave me!!!

She said, do your own DD and go visit the company and talk directly to new management....so I did exactly what she told me to do!!!

then I said, we are golden, I put a huge chunk of change into this deal becuase I LOVE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
