Ouch. I assumed it could proceed to phase 2b whether it was a water suspension, fizzy foam, or gelatinous goop given the already robust safety data from three previous trials.

If they are go back to phase 1 then we essentially sold B-UP for $400K. IPIX will likely sink or swim long before we reach the first $1M milestone let alone any of the meat of the deal.
